What if I Left Something on the Ferry?

According to the District's website, lost and found is located at the Customer Service Center (open weekdays from 7 am to 6 pm; closed weekends and New Year's, Presidents', Memorial, Independence, Labor, Thanksgiving, and Christmas days), with the exception of lost bicycles on GGT buses. Call 511 (toll-free) or 415-455-2000 (outside the Bay Area) to claim your item. To retrieve a bicycle lost on a GGT bus, the pick-up location is 1011 Andersen Drive, San Rafael during weekday business hours (8:30am - 4:30pm).
