I did not get a confirmation number or complete my order, but it appears I was charged. Why?

When you submit an order, we verify that you have the funds available with your credit card company. During this process, the bank will place those funds on hold. If the permit order is never completed or the card is declined by the bank, those holds will be released by the bank. This hold can remain on your account for 3-5 days, it varies by bank.
