While we do understand circumstances will arise that may cause a change in plans each location and/or event can vary when it comes to issuing refunds.
Depending on your event, the type of permit, or when you contacted ParkMobile to request the refund we may be able to issue a refund for your permit. For many we're able to provide a refund for your order if you contact ParkMobile prior to the start of the order.
Event permits cannot be transferred to a new date. However, you're able to transfer your permit to someone else for usage. You can simply print your permit and provide them with a physical copy. You may also download and save the permit to your device and email your permit to the person you intend to have it.
